Without your ability to figure out how our billing and server system were networked and hooked together, I am sure we would not have had such smooth sailing where IT is concerned. You have assisted us on a moment's notice, revived and repaired even the oldest and most ailing of PC's, helped us select, install and maintain a new server and countless new PC's and laptops, helped us become more efficient and keep administrative costs down, and just generally made yourself a part of the Suncoast family and definitely a member of our Team in service to our children.
Your willingness to understand the close financial margins of a non-profit organization has also been so helpful.

There was one morning where our main office lost power, and as a result, we couldn’t get some systems working properly. Joe was at our office within the hour working to get us back up and running. Knowing that we have someone that is dependable makes all the difference whenever we encounter a problem.
Joe is always a call away, and I’m not sure what we would do if he weren’t. Doesn’t matter what time of day, he’s always there to help.
